What happens to your trip details.

MatchMyHotel.net is a free matching service. This page says what the form collects, why, and where it goes. There is no account and no database on this website.

What you send

The form asks for:

your name and email
destination and budget
who you're travelling with
the details that matter for the stay

Why we ask

We use those details to prepare hotel suggestions and to reply to you. Your email is the reply address. We do not sell the information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it goes

Submitting the form sends that information by email to the person who runs MatchMyHotel. A mail delivery service forwards the message. It is not written into a database on this site. It lives in that mailbox, like any other email, until it is deleted there.

Cookies

This website does not set its own cookies. The details are on theCookies page.
